We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director of Corporate Services.

Position Objective:

You will provide high-level executive assistance and administrative support to the Director of Corporate Services, enabling the efficient operation of the Corporate Services Directorate.

This integral role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

  • Delivering executive-level assistance and developing streamlined administrative systems to support the Director’s leadership functions.
  • Preparing agendas, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring meetings are effectively documented.
  • Handling confidential research and documentation with professionalism and discretion.
  • Supporting the Director in program and project management activities, including tracking milestones and progress.
  • Undertaking business analysis to improve processes and inform statistical reporting.
  • Managing responses to business and customer enquiries on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely action and clear communication.
  • Monitoring tasks and ensuring document storage complies with Council standards for retrieval and security.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team to ensure efficient and seamless planning.
  • Assisting with additional delegated tasks to support the Corporate Services Directorate.
