Your role
Responsibilities
- Rotating through key operations and compliance teams.
- Developing technical skills and exploring continuous improvement.
- Collaborating across teams for excellent customer outcomes.
- Potential rotation areas include Financial Economic Crime, Payments and Settlements, and Operations.
- Short-term rotations in rural branches and Risk and Compliance.
- International rotation in Utrecht, Netherlands.
About you
Qualifications
- Final year undergraduate or postgraduate status, or recent graduation within three years.
- Availability for full-time employment from February 2026.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the field.
- Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
- Self-motivation with planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
