You’ll need to be flexible and available to cover shifts during busy periods, weekends, and when other team members are away.
About The Role
You’ll be working on the shop floor, supporting the team with a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on unpacking stock, restocking shelves, and keeping the store tidy. While your main focus will be store support, you’ll also be expected to assist with basic customer enquiries or help at the register when needed. You’ll learn as you go and be supported by a friendly team.
Tasks Include
- Unpacking and checking off stock
- Stock replenishment, rotation, and date checking
- Merchandising and maintaining a tidy store
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Providing basic customer assistance and support at the counter when required
- Have a bubbly, positive attitude and enjoy working in a team
- Are self-motivated and willing to learn
- Are confident with people—and social media is your thing
- Have good phone and communication skills
- Are available weekends and during busy periods
- Have some exposure to retail or previous work experience (preferred)
