Join one of our clients in a plastic recycling facilities as a Machine Operator in Mordialloc! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with Night shifts available , competitive pay, and long-term career prospects.
Your Role:
Operate and monitor machinery for smooth production
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure high-quality standards across all products
Maximise efficiency while reducing waste
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Follow strict safety protocols
What You Need:
✔ Valid forklift license (mandatory)
✔ Experience working with machinery
✔ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Mechanical mindset to troubleshoot and anticipate issues
✔ Team player with great communication skills

Competitive Pay:
- Night Shift: $35.91 per hour
Shift:
Night Shift: 10PM - 6AM (Training will be afternoon shift 2pm to 10pm for the first 4 weeks)
⚠️ June/July Update: Shifts may transition to 12-hour rotations (6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM).
