About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Wagga office. If you are a Legal Assistant or someone with Administration experience, EA or PA experience looking for your next career move, we would encourage you to apply.
Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Organises and maintains electronic file system, files correspondence and other records securely.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Drafting legal documentation
- Arranging client and other appointments
- Liaising with clients, experts and other external stakeholders by telephone and electronically
- Extracting document key information quickly and accurately.
- General administrative tasks and support to Director and Solicitors including diary management and responding to client enquiries
