The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You’ll have a proven track record in mortgage lending, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to structure tailored finance solutions across a range of clients.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, able to instil trust and provide expert guidance while managing the loan process seamlessly from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand financial goals and lending needs.
- Recommend tailored mortgage solutions for first home buyers, investors, SMSF, and commercial clients.
- Guide clients through the loan application and settlement process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
- Stay informed on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate systems and process documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
