Description:
Swagman Chalet is a commercial on-snow lodge in Perisher Valley in the NSW Snowy Mountains, with 16 rooms and a licensed restaurant seating up to 40 people, catering mainly for in-house guests, providing cooked breakfasts and quality three-course dinners (no lunches). We are looking for 2 Chefs to complete our team this winter season.
Your daily duties will include:
- menu planning and costing
- ordering and receiving stock
- preparing delicious and wholesome breakfasts and three-course dinners (no lunches)
- general kitchen duties
We're looking for someone with:
- a positive work ethic
- the ability to perform in a small team environment
- a passion for providing a great dining experience for our guests
- a desire to live, work & play in the snow for a winter season
We offer casual award rates plus on-site private accommodation and meals. You must be available to work the entire 2025 snow season which runs from mid June to early October.
