We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join us on a full-time term basis!

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be:

  • Providing timely, high level strategic advice to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Managing the delivery of strategic policies, projects and programs within DCP.
  • Leading sensitive and strategic corporate governance and policy initiatives on priority issues.
  • Forging and maintaining effective strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in effectively managing and implementing policies, projects and programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Knowledge of effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Exceptional problem solving, negotiation, analytical and conceptual skills.
