Warracknabeal and Hopetoun campuses are one of three campuses and provides a comprehensive range of acute, urgent, aged care, and a wide range of community health and allied services. Warracknabeal and Hopetoun campuses are halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne.
Latitude Recruitment is seeking Enrolled Nurses on behalf of Rural Northwest Health. In this role you will deliver a high standard of clinical care and personal care and lead by example. This is a mixed ward campus, we are seeking candidates with experience in both Acute and Aged Care.
Full time and Part time positions are available at the Hopetoun Campuses.
About you:
- Experience in the Aged Care and Urgent/Acute setting is highly desirable
- Medication endorsed is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
- Possess excellent clinical skills.
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Flu vaccination evidence
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Police Clearance and NDIS Check or willingness to obtain both.
- Current AHPRA registration
