Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property law, with a particular focus on commercial matters and an understanding of the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on commercial property transactions, leasing agreements, and property disputes.
- Draft, negotiate, and review leases and contracts related to commercial properties
- Handle smaller commercial matters with an aim for swift and satisfactory resolutions
- Conduct due diligence for property transactions and advise clients on risks and compliance
- Represent clients in property disputes, including lease disagreements, boundary issues, and other conflicts
- Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to develop tailored legal strategies
- Stay current with developments in property law and market trends to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Strong experience in property law, particularly in commercial contexts
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a dynamic team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.
