Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property law, with a particular focus on commercial matters and an understanding of the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on commercial property transactions, leasing agreements, and property disputes.
  
• Draft, negotiate, and review leases and contracts related to commercial properties
  
• Handle smaller commercial matters with an aim for swift and satisfactory resolutions
  
• Conduct due diligence for property transactions and advise clients on risks and compliance
  
• Represent clients in property disputes, including lease disagreements, boundary issues, and other conflicts
  
• Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to develop tailored legal strategies
  
• Stay current with developments in property law and market trends to enhance service delivery.
  

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  
• Strong experience in property law, particularly in commercial contexts
  
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a dynamic team.
  
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.
