Key areas of the role are:
- Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
- Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
- Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans
- Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives

The successful candidate will have
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
- Ideally 12+ months post graduate experience, but new grads already AHPRA registered also welcome to apply
- Strong passion for working with NDIS participants
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $85k-$100k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance, plus your choice of full time or part time.
