We are proudly partnering with a national leading provider in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field. They have a regional office in Byron Bay but also operate highly flexibly if you prefer WFH when not seeing clients.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment (functional, workplace, ADL, ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
This role will suit an OT who has Occupational Rehab / Workplace Injury Management experience and is looking for a company who will provide them with great support and career development opportunities. Offshore sponsorship cannot be provided for this role, however if you are currently in Australia on a VISA and looking to switch employers, this may be an option. Given the nature of this specific role, only OT candidates can be considered.
