We have 408 rooms at the hotel, plus a number of dining options available, including the Restaurant, in-room dining, a pool bar, and the Blvd Café and Bar. We offer six contemporary function rooms with a capacity for up to 500 attendees available for our conference and events visitors.
About the role…
We currently have an opportunity for a guest service orientated professional to join our friendly Front Office team as a Night Auditor. In this role you will report to the Night Manager.
As the first and last point of contact, you’ll set the standard for excellence by offering warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.
You will be responsible for Night Auditing duties which include but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and ensuring a efficient arrival and departure of our guests
- Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.
- Providing exceptional customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with any inquiries at the Front Desk.
- Ensuring effective communication during handovers at the start and end of each shift, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed guest expectations.

About you…
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a high volume hotel, 200+ rooms
- Proven experience with PMS: Opera cloud highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills and an excel expert
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing guest needs.
- Possess a proactive and resourceful approach with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work evening shifts 11pm – 7am over a rotating roster as per business needs, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to obtain or have a current QLD RSA and First Aid Certificate
- Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance desirable however not essential
- Excellence in your field and the demonstrated ability to act as a true ambassador for our Hotel.
