The Opportunity

Join the Liebherr team who provide a high energy work environment where your ideas will be heard, your performance rewarded, and your development supported. Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, the Parts Administrator is responsible for the provision of a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers interpreting requests to ensure that correct parts are ordered and issued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting of spare parts
  • Providing product information to customers
  • Understanding and monitoring effective parts processes including stock control and inventory
  • Working in conjunction with customers and other departments to maximise Parts Sales opportunities
  • Processing and controlling parts movements for internal and external jobs
  • Ordering stock from suppliers
  • Running and checking reports
  • Providing professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Expediting reporting as well as DIFOT, outstanding invoices
  • Ariba Processing
  • Factory air freight ordering

About you

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly customer service focused to be able to negotiate positive outcomes and build relationships and trust
