Lead and deliver strategic leadership for three key business units under the School Support, reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Schools. This high-level executive role is responsible for shaping workforce strategy, professional development, wellbeing, and culture. It ensures a culturally responsive, capable, and engaged workforce. The role also oversees emergency management, infrastructure planning, and operational services to support continuous improvement in educational outcomes across the Northern Territory. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
