Description:
The objective of this role is to reduce the likelihood that a young person will escalate into the youth justice system. This is achieved in partnership with young people, families and service providers where you will assess, plan and address issues in the lives of young people and their families that directly or indirectly contribute to the young personâs engagement in recurrent anti-social behaviour or offending behaviour.
