Provide professional leadership and management to the Complex Tenancy Support team, high level stakeholder engagement and oversee development and delivery of strategies for management of tenancies at high or imminent risk of losing their tenancy. The Complex Tenancy Support team delivers culturally sensitive case management approaches to sustain at-risk tenancies, in line with Departmental polices relevant legislation. Through early intervention, the team proactively identifies and manages both the contributing and resulting factors of antisocial behaviour to mitigate the impact of disruptive public housing tenancies, liaising with all relevant stakeholders, including tenants, tenancy support program providers and the wider community.n
