- Warehouse Administrator (Hybrid Role - Admin & Warehouse)
Are you tech-savvy with a knack for organisation? We're seeking a Warehouse Administrator to handle a dual role - part office, part hands-on in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general admin duties related to warehouse and fleet operations
- Manage and maintain inventory records
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel
- Confident using software for fleet control and logistics
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Forklift licence required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in both office and warehouse environments.
- Leading Hand - Warehouse Operations
Are you a natural leader with a strong warehousing background? We're looking for a hands-on Leading Hand to guide and support our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
- Ensure high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Support training, workflow coordination, and problem-solving on the floor
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive mindset
- Extensive experience in warehousing and logistics
- Strong understanding of WHS procedures and warehouse practices
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
