Our client, a globally recognised organisation operating across complex industrial environments, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver high-value technology initiatives that reduce business risk and enhance operational performance.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, global environments and has a proven track record in leading complex IT programs from strategy to execution. The role will be on an initial 12 month contract , however there is a strong chance of extension.
As Program Manager, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major IT and digital transformation programs across global business units.
  • Develop and manage program plans, resources, budgets, and risks.
  • Ensure all program elements align with business objectives and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within multidisciplinary teams.
What You Bring

Qualifications:
  • Formal certification in Project or Program Management (e.g. PMI, PMBOK, or equivalent).
Experience:
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle program or project delivery.
  • 3 – 4 years leading large-scale technology programs.
  • Strong background in IS&T or related technical environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large, diverse project teams.
  • Experience within asset-intensive industries such as mining, energy, or resources.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, especially in vendor and supplier management.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results and mitigating risk.
  • Confidence in navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and coaching.
