MAG are seeking motivated individuals in or near to Warwick QLD with a passion for civil to join our team as Civil Trainees. This traineeship offers hands-on experience and comprehensive training in various aspects of civil, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Learn and adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols to ensure project success and compliance.
• Take advantage of training opportunities to develop technical skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
• Work closely with experienced tradespeople to gain practical knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in civil and construction.
• Previous experience in Trades or Labouring work.
• Have a current driving license and reliable means of transport.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour as required.
