Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior IT Technician to join a friendly and supportive team in Perth. This role will also give you exposure to basic systems administration and networking, providing an excellent foundation for your IT career.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, helping them with basic IT issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Support basic systems administration tasks such as user account setup and permissions.
- Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting and network setup.
- Perform onsite visits to client locations when required (a car is essential for this role).
- Set up and configure new equipment under guidance.
- Manage software licences.
- Assist in onboarding, setting up new email accounts, permissions and system access.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues.
- Update and maintain technical documentation.
Role Requirements:
- A genuine passion for IT and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills – you’re friendly, approachable, and love helping people.
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support others.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges.
- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle (this is essential).
- Certifications are highly regarded – CCNA, NSE 1-3, MS-900, or equivalent certifications.
