Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

We’re looking for a Junior IT Technician to join a friendly and supportive team in Perth. This role will also give you exposure to basic systems administration and networking, providing an excellent foundation for your IT career.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, helping them with basic IT issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Support basic systems administration tasks such as user account setup and permissions.
• Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting and network setup.
• Perform onsite visits to client locations when required (a car is essential for this role).
• Set up and configure new equipment under guidance.
• Manage software licences.
• Assist in onboarding, setting up new email accounts, permissions and system access.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues.
• Update and maintain technical documentation.

Role Requirements:

• A genuine passion for IT and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills – you’re friendly, approachable, and love helping people.
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support others.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges.
• A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle (this is essential).
• Certifications are highly regarded – CCNA, NSE 1-3, MS-900, or equivalent certifications.
