Description:
Your Engagement- Featuring and immediate start and going through end of July, you'll provide hit the ground running support for financial year end peak period reporting season.
- Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, with interactions across the finance team in operations and other key functions, you'll help with monthly reporting (for board and for divisional management).
- Assist the tax manager with preparation of group BAS, PAYG and other tax compliances.
- Fixed asset / capital accounting, asset capitalisations, depreciation schedules, reporting
- Bank reconciliations for all accounts in the group
- Support external big4 auditors as required with information requests
- Assist the senior financial accountant with the full year ASX reporting requirements
- Encouraged to suggest process improvements / continuous improvement where possible
Your Profile
- Your experience should demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running in a medium sized corporate listed entity.
- Financial statement preparation, audit liaison, monthly reporting, tax compliance are expected.
- CA/CPA qualified, or equivalent experience in like for like positions is acceptable
- Experience in Pronto ERP would be an advantage
