Description:
The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the business.
- Ensure financial decisions are strategic and profitable.
- Accounts receivable, payables and payroll duties
- Tax obligations alongside external accounting firm
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's objectives.
- Maintain and develop financial systems and processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA/CPA Qualification
- Background in private clients/business services is ideal
- Experience in a similar role within funds management/property/investments/private family office ideal
- A sound understanding of financial legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
