We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management AUNZ team and help deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
What is the role?
As Customer Logistics specialist, you will play a key role in building strong business partnerships with our internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring efficient accurate order management and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Order management, Review and process open and export orders including those to affiliates.
- Customer Relationship Management, by resolving issues in a timely manner working on the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Administration tasks including processing credit returns, running sales reports for the sales team using SAP, performing stock on hand checks, and managing customer account creation and maintenance. You will also update data within SAP as required.
- Continuous improvement, participating in projects aimed at enhancing systems and processes.
Who are you?
You could be our new Customer Logistics Specialist! With 1–3 years of experience in order management or customer service ( ideally within an FMCG environment ), you’re ready to bring your skills to a dynamic and fast-paced team.
You’ll work closely with external 3PL providers to ensure service level agreements are met, while managing orders with precision and efficiency. With hands-on experience with systems such as SAP, and strong Excel skills, you'll be comfortable navigating data and systems to identify trends, solve problems, and deliver insights that drive performance.
Your understanding of logistics and customer supply chain dynamics will be essential as you ensure accuracy and timeliness across all touchpoints. Previous exposure to major retailers and pharmacies will be highly valued, but your high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will truly set you apart.
With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll be confident collaborating across departments, balancing deadlines, and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
