About the role:
  • Join one of Australia’s leading Litigation & Regulatory team .
  • Acting for high profile corporate clients , as well as the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission)
  • Work closely with highly experienced Partners on complex commercial and regulatory dispute matters , such as cartel investigations, mergers and acquisitions and competition litigation.
The ideal candidate:
  • Lawyer with 3-4 years PQE , with a high level of dispute resolution and regulatory disputes experience.
  • A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to excel autonomously, under appropriate supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
