About the role...
We are searching for a B2B & Marketplace Representative in our Customer Service Department. This role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Customer Service Department to ensure excellent and efficient communication with wholesale retailers, eComm and marketplace customers in line with Rip Curl’s award-winning customer service standards. The role is a full time position, located at our Torquay head office.
Your day to day responsibilities include;
- Communicate between marketplace customers and vendors, acting as a liaison to resolve disputes, facilitate returns, customer feedback/reviews and address any vendor-related issues impacting customers. Collaborate with cross-functional team to address marketplace customer concerns, including logistics, product management and technical support.
- To be customers point of contact for all their Rip Curl enquiries, orders and requests via phone and email correspondence.
- Accurate order/data entry into relevant systems on behalf of sales team, focusing on Key Accounts, Partner Stores, and MVPs during each Indent period.
- Liaise closely with Web & eCommerce team to ensure product and store information online is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to check accurate stock levels and process returns/credits correctly. Manage Online orders through numerous systems and coordinate with dispatch warehouses. Liaise with export accounts and warehouse to ensure they have updated allocation reports.
- Raise queries with our freight company regarding delivery issues including late shipments, returns etc.
- Ongoing maintenance of our B2B portal involving the set up of indent and fills product catalogues, account creation and troubleshooting.
- Monthly order file maintenance and inventory management returns.
- Receive in and record all returns then issue credits/refunds and re-orders if required. Coordinate partner store returns and rebate program.
You will have excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills when dealing with wholesale accounts. You will have high attention to detail in regards to admin focused tasks, data processing and portal management. Having worked in a customer focused role you will be skilled in problem solving, handling customer disputes and multi-tasking your volume of work centered around administrational tasks. You will enjoy being part of a supportive team environment but also have the ability to work autonomously when required.
