About the role
Kekeco Childcare Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Bachelor Qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Broadford, VIC. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and development to inform your teaching practice
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistency and continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Comply with all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check
