Could you be the next EPU (Production Unit) Manager in Dandenong we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your robust leadership and process optimization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll provide strong leadership of the delivery, quality, performance, and day-to-day management of Production Teams, making a significant impact on our operational success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Quality representatives), provide mentoring and coaching to support teams in achieving KPIs, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Providing mentoring, coaching, and guidance to enhance team performance,

Driving operational improvements to foster a 'Right First Time' culture,

Supporting and driving Organisational People Initiatives and Improvement Activities to bolster workforce skills and engagement,

Developing and implementing production KPI targets in conjunction with the Production Manager,
-
Focusing on cost management through budget oversight and KPI adherence,
-
Overseeing the Intermediate Handover process, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards,
-
Managing unplanned leave and overtime to maintain team efficiency,
-
Leading a Cross-functional team to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
