What We Are Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain exceptional standards of workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in landscape construction with a proven leadership role.
- Knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

About the role:
- This is a Landscape Construction Leading Hand role
- This role involves Landscape Construction skills, duties are varied and include preparing of work site, paving, decking, planting, mulching, turf work, operating irrigation watering systems and more.
- Experience in the use of a range of Landscape Construction tools, plant and equipment is essential
- Hands-on role, daily communication, basic admin tasks, WHS, communicating with other staff members
- Must be willing to travel from the Central Coast to Sydney job sites
- Manage a small team and run Landscape Construction jobs
- Ideally you would have Cert III in Landscape Construction
- Well experienced Landscape Construction labourers encouraged to apply
