Description:
We are seeking a Receptionist who will have a bright and bubble personality and superior communication skills.
They will play an integral role in in empowering, educating and inspiring our customers and wider community, as such they will be hard working, team - oriented, task focused and will go the extra mile to support our expansive team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing information about products and services to our customers via face to face and phone
- Carrying out clerical support tasks
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Diary management
- Referral management
- Invoices and corporate accounts
As the face and voice of both of our practices, the successful applicant will require the following skills:
- Excellent listening and communication skills, including polished phone manner
- A preference for an organised and highly structured environment
- Demonstrated initiative and self direction
- Ability to learn and perform tasks quickly
- Punctuality, flexibility and reliability
This is a full time position consisting of 38 hours per week.
