What's involved – Provide direct and indirect clinical nursing care at an advanced level. Provide leadership and operationalise the strategies for a positive work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development. This position may be required to act in the Acting Director of Nursing position on occasions, i.e., leave backfill.
The role is also required to, at times, work a non-cyclic shift work roster with the provision for on-call. Tambo Primary Health Centre (PHC) is a hospital-based ambulance service, the Clinical Nurse role will be required to deliver care via a hospital-based ambulance service.
Context and Delegations
- This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing Tambo PHC CWHHS.
- This role will work directly with staff within Tambo PHC.
- This role has no financial and human resource delegations.
