Redspot Car Rentals is seeking a Full-Time Rental Officer to join our Sydney Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
- Cross-sales
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
