This well-established property management and development company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their small team within north Brisbane.
Managing a mix of industrial, commercial and some residential properties, you will undertake an 'end to end' position, managing your own administration but with no trust account responsibility. A modest sized, clean and tidy portfolio of commercial properties and around 50 tenancies, this position would suit an experienced Property Manager, keen for an autonomous role that gives exposure to the full cycle of commercial asset management from the developer side.
Requirements
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Knowledge of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with tenants, contractors and clientele
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Strong people skills and a desire to help build team culture
