About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join CaFHS as a Registered Nurse, where you will be responsible for:
- Providing nursing services within the Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS)
- Developing from novice to proficient level of professional practice
- Consolidating knowledge and skills through ongoing experience and learning
- Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance capability
- Accepting accountability for personal standards of nursing care
- Taking responsibility for activities delegated to others
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate; or
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
