GEM Resourcing is recruiting for a skilled Perth based Carpenter to work across various locations within the Perth metro area. This is project based work, working with a reputable company in the commercial shop fit out sector. The role will involve installing shelving, racking, display units, counters and other necessary equipment.
About the Role:

We are seeking candidates with carpentry experience to join our team for a variety of projects. You will be involved in commercial fit outs, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for carpentry. You will be joining a supportive team committed to providing a safe and positive work environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following :

• Experience in commercial shop fit-outs
• Skills in installing shelving, racking, counters, and display equipment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and high-quality standards.
• Safely operate carpentry tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

To be considered for these positions, you must be able to provide the following:

• Proven carpentry experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
• Trade qualification in carpentry (Essential).
• Must be based in Perth and have the right to work in Australia.
