TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected Perth-based commercial builder to appoint an experienced Construction Manager . This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of key projects and lead the delivery of high-quality builds in a collaborative and solutions-driven environment.Why This Role?
- Take control of the entire delivery phase across multiple active projects.
- Lead and mentor strong site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Be the driving force behind on-time, on-budget, high-standard execution .
- Manage the delivery of commercial builds valued up to $20M.
- Oversee site operations, resources, and construction programs to ensure targets are met.
- Implement robust WHS protocols and ensure compliance across all sites.
- Resolve site and project challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and quality.
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager delivering mid-tier commercial projects.
- Confident leadership and organisational skills to manage multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong understanding of construction programming, cost control, and WHS.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage and influence site teams and clients.
- Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights are essential.
- Up to $200k package + Super + Vehicle – tailored to your experience.
- Work with a long-established and reputable WA contractor.
- Long-term pipeline of commercial builds – no short-term gigs.
