Details of the Division and Team:

As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the origination and execution of landmark M&A transactions across all sectors
  • Coordinating sell- and buy-side process planning and execution
  • Due diligence of acquisition targets and market research
  • Support the review and negotiation of deal documentation
  • Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
  • Handling day to day client queries on execution related matters


Your skills and experience:

  • Relevant M&A experience with deep understanding of M&A transactions and processes
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate complex advice to clients clearly and succinctly
