Description:

Join CPP as a Graduate Civil Engineer to design and deliver critical infrastructure in a top-rated graduate program.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering critical infrastructure for Australia's power transmission network.
  • Participating in the CPP Charles Wright Graduate Program for hands-on experience in HV substation and grid connection engineering.
  • Engaging in civil design, structural analysis, project management, and commissioning.
  • Rotating across disciplines over two years to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to major HV projects, including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Wind Farms.
  • Working on detailed design, technical analysis, project documentation, tender preparation, and on-site commissioning.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or studying your final year) preferably within the last 4 years.
  • Must be studying your undergraduate degree at an Australian University.
  • A great attitude with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
