What you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing full lifecycle of engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-completion evaluation, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery that aligns with business development needs.
- Developing and implementing project plans in line with business strategic goals, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management, to drive projects forward efficiently.
- Regularly convening project meetings to effectively manage and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring smooth progress.
- Conducting periodic reviews and assessments of engineering projects, and promptly report key metrics such as progress and quality to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously refining project processes and standards to enhance engineering quality and efficiency, ensuring best practices are consistently applied across all projects.
