First National Real Estate is a local Alice Springs Real Estate company looking for an experienced property manager to join our successful property management team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supervises the leasing of rental properties
- Listing properties for lease
- Advertising and conducting inspections
- Conducting routine inspections
- Collecting of rent monies from tenants
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage and assess rental applications
- Manage existing rental leases
- Reporting to the senior property manager
The Successful Applicant Will Have…
- Experience in Real Estate
- NT Qualifications in Real Estate
- A current NT drivers license
- Computer skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage work flow
- Have great communication skills
- Good work ethic
Position is full time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Generous remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
Full training will be provided.
