The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

- Team Leadership: Guide a crew of up to 20 across FOH and BOH, ensuring smooth operations and standout service.
- Inspire Excellence: Motivate your team to exceed customer service and productivity goals.
- Train and Grow: Develop your crew with hands-on coaching and support, creating future stars in hospitality.
- Solid experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Assistant Manager experience is ideal, but experienced Supervisors or Department Managers (2+ years) are welcome to apply.
- A can-do attitude with a passion for leading large teams in high-energy settings.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a love for training others.
