Join Us in Western Sydney
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the Western Sydney Service Centre in Erskine Park, NSW. This is a permanent Operator role working with our newest, state-of-the-art paint line producing premium COLORBOND® products. With advanced equipment and automated systems, you'll be part of a high-performing team that plays a key role in delivering top-quality results for our customers.
As an Operator, you’ll work closely with both operations and maintenance teams to keep things running smoothly — from equipment setup and troubleshooting to maintaining high safety and quality standards. This role operates on a rotating 12-hour day and night shift schedule — with no weekend work required!

What You’ll Be Doing
With full training provided, you'll learn to:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance
- Learn to operate overhead cranes (training provided)
- Follow procedures to maintain a safe and productive workplace
What We’re Looking For
You’re a motivated team player who’s eager to learn and take on new challenges. You’ll also bring:
- A strong safety mindset — for yourself and your team
- Great communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- A flexible approach to working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- A willingness to work at heights (with appropriate training and safety measures)

Recruitment Process
Submit your application; attend one of our face-to-face Group Activity and Interview Sessions on Wednesday 22nd May 2025 and complete pre-employment reference and medical checks (including a drug and alcohol screen); join us from June 2025 .
