About the Role:
As a Licensing Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate assessment and processing of licensing applications in line with established procedures and legislative requirements. This role is based in the inner Brisbane suburb of West End and requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and adaptability.

Temporary Licensing Assessment Officers (x7) - AO4 Level
Location: West End, Brisbane
Anticipated start date: Tuesday 6 May
Approx end date: Monday 30 June 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: $58.02/hour + Super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and assess a high volume of licensing applications
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders
  • Work effectively under pressure and within tight timeframes
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a team-oriented environment


Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to manage high work volumes and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and a positive approach to change
