This is an exciting opportunity to join the Travel and Credit Cards Team within the Travel and Credit Cards Section. Reporting to the Travel and Credit Cards Assistant Director, both positions are part of a small team responsible for providing travel and credit card services to DEWR. The team is responsible for both Travel and Credit Cards policies.The key duties of the position include
Responsibilities of the APS Level 4 may include:
- Providing advice/guidance to staff in accordance with our policies.
- Attending to hotline calls and actioning group mailbox requests.
- Maintain the credit cards master list.
- Manage and monitor mailbox. Attend to queries or re-assign to appropriate level.
- Credit card administration including processing new card applications, ordering lodge accounts for new starters, cancelling accounts and increasing card limits and distribution of new cards.
- Action Exit Notifications.
- Maintain the overseas travel and passport application registers.
- Assist with other tasks in team as directed.
