About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our pharmacy team and play a key role in the delivery of a comprehensive pharmacy service. In this position, you will assist with the dispensing and distribution of medications, packaging of pharmaceuticals, and efficient inventory management. You’ll also be responsible for organising daily workloads and providing technical training to staff, ensuring smooth operations within the pharmacy unit.
Additionally, you will support the ordering and preparation of pharmaceuticals, contributing to the safe and timely supply of medications. About You
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our pharmacy team. To excel in this role, you will have:

Eligibility through experience as an AHA1 in SA Pharmacy or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification in pharmacy, project management, or business

Strong communication, organisational, and arithmetic skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy

Proven experience in a hospital pharmacy, proficiency in Pharmacy Management Software, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and terminology

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, with excellent technical skills and the physical ability to perform required duties
