Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Director through all stages of the sales process—from appraisal to settlement
- Coordinating open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-up
- Assisting with property marketing, CRM updates, and lead nurturing
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure a smooth sales experience
- Learning how to list and sell in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Passionate about property and keen to learn the ropes of real estate sales
- Professional, proactive, and well-organised
- Excellent with people and confident in communication
- Hold an up to date QLD Real Estate Certificate or License
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
