- Salary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Ongoing Appointment
Overview:
- The Manager, People and Change is responsible for leading, managing and executing key people and change management programs and initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves working closely with business leaders and employees to ensure alignment between people strategies and the Digital Health SA’s strategic goals, while supporting employees through change initiatives to enhance engagement, performance, wellbeing, and retention.
- The Manager, People and Change will provide coaching and strategic advice to the leadership team and line managers on workforce management, workforce planning, performance enhancement and innovative HR solutions to deliver on business objectives within legislative and policy requirements.
