We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Farm Hand (Grain) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on farm work, is mechanically minded, and takes pride in contributing to efficient and sustainable farming operations.

Daily Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of farming equipment and machinery
• Supporting grain harvesting, sowing, spraying, and general paddock work
• Monitoring crop health and assisting with pest and weed control
• Completing accurate record keeping and adhering to WHS policies
• General farm labour and maintenance tasks as required
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a farm hand, preferably in grain production
• A current HR Truck licence
• Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality practices
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
