What you'll contribute to
As our Junior Data Analyst , you'll be at the heart of our Customer data management activities, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive value for our Customers and Dealer network. You'll play a crucial role in helping the business make informed decisions by uncovering valuable insights from intricate data sets.
You'll be part of our Digital Connected Services Division , dedicated to enhancing our product and service lineup by identifying, trialling, launching, and growing innovative digital, mobility, connected, data, and other business solutions. Our goal? To strengthen TMCA's customer base and expand our business in Australia.
How you'll make an impact
- Champion Data Quality: Implement and uphold Customer data management processes and procedures to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Maximize Data Utilization: Develop and implement processes that enhance the business's use of Customer data, maximizing the value generated.
- Deliver Insightful Reporting: Provide effective reporting and visualization of relevant, accurate, and timely information to support planning and value generation activities.
- Coordinate Communication: Lead forums to ensure FY26 Delivery plans, progress, and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
- Enhance Dealer Performance: Support Dealer feedback on operating standards, performance targets, and Customer satisfaction, and assist with implementing action plans for performance improvement.
Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience in extracting, gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis, and creating clear and informative visualizations.
- Understanding of value generation activities, Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Focus, and Customer Service experience is desirable.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and curiosity.
- A collaborative mindset, building partnerships to achieve shared objectives.
