Your role

Responsibilities

  • Participating in a structured graduate program with intensive professional development.
  • Working with a variety of clients to gain experience across different areas.
  • Engaging in cross-disciplinary exposure and shadowing opportunities.
  • Accessing continuous supervision, mentoring, and team meetings.
  • Building a robust support network with fellow graduates and professionals.

About you

Qualifications

  • A relevant Speech Pathology Degree/Masters qualification.
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.
  • A valid Driver’s Licence.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for client-centered and family-centered practices.

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary: AUD 96,608.00 annually.
